NHM

In 2018, CAP inaugurated, in partnership, its flagship project, the National History Museum (NHM), situated in Greater Iqbal Park next to Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore. NHM covers a total area of 21780 sq. ft and is Pakistan’s first digitally interactive museum which traces the history of our country from the momentum that led to its birth. The Museum is curated and managed by CAP, in collaboration with the Government of Punjab and the Parks and Horticulture Authority, Lahore. The Museum has been entirely curated from CAP’s own archive. It serves as a cultural space, hosting varied programming that caters to both academics and the general public. Since its inception, the museum has hosted hundreds of thousands of visitors, promoted tourism, and seen countless Pakistanis, attendees from abroad, exchange students, and researchers.
