CAP pioneered leading exchange programmers for students in Pakistan, with Exchange for Change (EFC). CAP launched EFC 2010 in collaboration with Routes2Roots, between Pakistan and India. EFC is the largest oral history student exchange programmer in the world and the largest Track-2 diplomacy effort between Pakistan and India. A presentation of this work was shortlisted at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity 2014. The EFC in USA linked students across Pakistan and America through a series of letters, photographs and videos. The programmer was between students from St. Pauls School, Concord New Hampshire and students from Mufad-e-Niswan School Shah Faisal Town Karachi. In 2018, CAP connected students from Latin School, Chicago with students from Haque Academy, Karachi for a 2-month exchange focusing on refugee lives in their respective countries.
