Based on the success of the project, CAP launched EFC-USA linking 90 students across Pakistan and America through a series of letters, photographs and videos. The program was between 45 students from St. Pauls School, Concord New Hampshire and 45 students from Mufad-e-Niswan School Shah Faisal Town Karachi. In 2018, CAP connected 77 students from Latin School, Chicago with 69 students from Haque Academy, Karachi for a 2-month exchange focusing on refugee lives in their respective countries.
