CAP Mobile Museums are portable museums that allow visitors to peek into Karachi’s past through interactive games and archival material. 5 CAP Mobile Museums were constructed specifically for Frere Hall, Port Grand, Safari Park, Karachi Zoo and Mohatta Palace in May 2015. The Mobile Museum stations offer audiences a new means of engagement with historical information. Each structure features archival images, oral histories and interactive games that teach children more about the history of the specific location. The structures also provide shade for sunny days, and a bench for passers-by to rest on.
